1. Are the oysters frozen? If so, can I still enjoy them raw?

Yes, they are flash frozen at time of harvest to maintain the cells of the oysters. For this reason, the oysters remain fresh and can be consumed raw.

2. Are the oysters shucked? 

Our oysters are unshucked, but they are easy to open with just a spoon.

3. How can I prepare them? 

Rinse the oysters under running water to remove debris, then thaw them in a water bath (i.e. oysters should be fully submerged in water) for 20 - 25 minutes. Drain the water and use a spoon or knife to reveal the succulent flesh within. 

4. How can I enjoy this? 

Raw, grilled, steamed, baked, fried; in any method you fancy.

For a taste of the sweet and fruity flavour profile, we do highly recommend enjoying them raw in the og style - a couple drops of lemon and a dash of tabasco.

5. How long can I keep the oysters? 

The frozen oysters can be stored in the freezer for 2 - 3 months. Once thawed, they should be consumed as soon as possible for freshness. 

Note: Do not refreeze after thawing.

6. Can everyone eat these oysters? 

Sure. But as a general precaution, vulnerable groups of people, especially young children, pregnant women, elderly persons or people with chronic illness (e.g. diabetic) should exercise caution and avoid consumption of raw food. 

7. What are the delivery options? 

For orders placed by 2359hrs, we offer the following options for next day 
(a) islandwide delivery, except Sentosa and Tuas, at a flat rate of $10 
(b) self collections
Both delivery and self collections will be completed between 12 - 8pm (Mon-Fri) and 12 - 4pm (Sat). Please note that delivery and self collection will not be available on Sundays. 

An additional surcharge of $4 will be included for deliveries on
(a) same day
(b) eve of PH and PH

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Sentosa or Tuas for the time being.

8. What if I'm unable to receive my order at time of delivery? 

A notification will be sent prior to delivery. If no one is home to receive it despite our delivery crew's best efforts, the order will be left at your doorstep. In such instance, we will not be liable for any changes in quality of your order.
